I am a researcher in International Relations working on expertise, international law, and global governance. I also have a background in federal policy-making.

I recently completed my doctorate in International Relations at the University of Oxford (Nuffield College). I will be joining the European University Institute as a Max Weber Fellow in the 2026 - 2027 academic year.

My research has been published in International Studies Quarterly.
